We are The Lulac Women's Council of Florida 7269 located in Central Florida, a 501(c)4 Non Profit entity and registered with the State of Florida. We are one of the few councils within our organization catering "specifically" to the needs of women within our community. With the sole purpose to serve our female population within the mission of our national organization.
Women today play a vital role in our everyday lives. Be it from education, the sciences , the arts , running businesses to the stay at home mom or caretaker. We are proud to be Latina , but most importantly PROUD to be A MUJER! Our council is primarily made up of 80% female and 20% male. So yes you too sir, can join us and be proud of an organization helping to advance in women's issues and see their progress. Women 4 Lulac Council 7269 - Forms part of the oldest Hispanic Civil Rights organization , Lulac - League of United Latin American Citizens. "LULAC is the largest and oldest Hispanic organization in the United States. LULAC advances the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, housing, health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs operating at more than 1,000 LULAC councils nationwide. The organization involves and serves all Hispanic nationality groups." "The Mission of the League of United Latin American Citizens is to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, housing, health and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States." www.lulac.org
